Lesson and Cancellation Terms

Lessons

• Each lesson lasts 60 minutes and is one-to-one; group lessons can be arranged on request.
• Lessons take place online (via Zoom, anywhere in Turkey) or in person at the student’s home in Istanbul.
• Days and times are agreed together based on the teacher’s and student’s availability. Messages are answered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Packages

• Lesson packages start at 8 lessons; packages of 12 lessons or more receive a package discount.
• Purchased lessons never expire.
• Packages are transferable to another person (for example a family member).
• Current pricing is shared via WhatsApp.

Rescheduling and make-up lessons

• To reschedule a lesson, please give at least 2 days’ notice.
• If you miss a lesson, a make-up lesson is provided; you do not lose the lesson.
• New lessons are booked at least 1 day in advance.

Payment

• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash, in Turkish lira or US dollars.
• Purchased packages are non-refundable; instead, rescheduling, make-up lessons and transfers are offered.
